Paras & Manlapaz Lawyers has two major practice areas: Litigation and Transactional Practice, serving both local and international clients.
Civil Litigation
Representation in civil disputes, contract enforcement, property cases, demands for sums of money, damages, and possession of real property before trial and appellate courts.
Criminal Litigation
Defense and prosecution in criminal proceedings including crimes against persons, property, public interest, and special laws such as kidnapping and dangerous drugs.
Labor Litigation
Prosecution or defense of labor practices, collective bargaining agreements, strikes and lock-outs, termination disputes, and cases before the NLRC.

Proceedings before government agencies, regulatory bodies, quasi-judicial tribunals, and appellate courts on administrative matters.
